Q: How much does the franchise cost?

A: The total cost of the Franchise is £23,470 +VAT and includes the Franchise licence fee and the initial business support and equipment.

Q: Do I need any previous carpet cleaning experience?

A: No you don't need any previous cleaning experience because we train you on everything you need to get started.

Q: How long does the training last?

A: Live training is over 4 days at our Head Office. We also offer you continued support by phone and email to help you get started and grow your CarpetKare Franchise.

Q: Will I need previous business experience?

A: No our comprehensive live training and manuals as well as our ongoing support will give you everything you need. However, you will need to be ambitious and motivated to successfully grow your business.

Q: Will the Franchise involve a lot of travel for me?

A: Not necessarily. Your Franchise will cover a specific region for you to operate in, which will be as local to where you live as possible. We also invite our Franchisees to Head Office from time to time for training and of course to help us celebrate your contribution to our continued success at our annual conference.

Q: Can I operate this from home?

A: Yes the CarpetKare Franchise is a van based opportunity working from home.

Q: What skills do I need to succeed as a CarpetKare Franchisee?

A: Successful CarpetKare Franchisees enjoy working with people, are self motivated and have a passion to build a profitable business. Having drive and ambition is really important too so you can focus on creating a long term, profitable and enjoyable business.

Q: What support can I expect from Head Office?

A: After your initial training you can expect to receive ongoing support from us by phone or email as standard. Because we know you'll need extra guidance in the beginning we offer online training and optional business coaching for a further 6 months after you get started.

Q: How do I get business?

A: We create a number of web pages for you focused on your Franchise region to assist with Internet marketing and SEO. This significantly increases opportunities in your Franchise region and helps you get to the top page of Google searches for your area. Plus, your training will help you understand how to form professional and lasting relationships with both home and business owners to build a successful Franchise for the future.

Q: Why would customers choose my CarpetKare services instead of doing it themselves?

A: Being part of the reputable CarpetKare brand immediately elevates your professional status and increases trust in your ability to be able to provide a reliable solution for them. Q: How will my territory be allocated?

A: We allocate an exclusive territory for you with 100,000 households.

Q: Will my territory be close to where I live?

A: As close as possible and will depend on the locality of residence.

Q: How will my territory be protected?

A: Your territory is protected in the Franchise Agreement we both sign once you join us.

Q: How much is the monthly management fee?

A: The monthly management fee is £550 + VAT, increasing by just 2.5% each year to a maximum of 5 years. This covers everything you need to support your business growth including:

  • All ongoing marketing support
  • Top ranking content management system
  • Monthly PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns
  • Maintaining your local position on page 1 of Google
  • Ongoing email and telephone support from Head Office

Q: How much ongoing support can I expect?

A: You can expect continual support from our Head Office by phone or email, the support is there when you need it.

Q: What are the predicted earnings per month in the first year?

A: Once fully trained and operational you'll have the potential to turnover £1,400 +VAT a week, that's a potential of £5,600 +VAT a month. This of course assumes you apply what you've learnt in your training and have the determination and dedication to succeed.

Q: Can I operate a CarpetKare Franchise with a partner / friend?

A: Yes this is possible but not necessary as we'll teach you everything you need to run a profitable business in your area.

Q: Will I have an opportunity to expand my CarpetKare Franchise in the future?

A: We want to provide a promising future for all our Franchisees. For those who desire a more ambitious growth we offer existing Franchisees the opportunity to expand their operations into different areas. This can also lead into developing a Management based CarpetKare Franchise, which involves managing a team of recruited carpet and upholstery cleaners to complete the day to day cleaning. Most of our Franchisees are more than satisfied with the income and work life balance a simple CarpetKare Franchise provides them. We just want to offer Franchise expansion and career advancement for those who want more.
