Peter Hargreaves – Founder & Managing Director
It was his drive and commitment to being the best in the industry that has seen Allkare grow nationally since its inception in 2000. Peter is married with two children and whilst being passionate about making Allkare the best it can be, Peter also enjoys travelling and yoga in his spare time. Not a lot of people know that in a previous life, Peter was a Royal Marine Commando! His personal mantra is; ‘be fair, do a great job and always be honest’.
Paul Grant
He has been working at Allkare for almost 8 years and has done numerous training courses and is experienced in all types of carpet, upholstery and leather suite cleaning. His main role is be to provide the hands on practical training for new franchises. His approach is get the franchisees to clean customers' carpet for real. This real time training is exactly what you will need when you start running your own carpet cleaning business.
Holly Lowe - Franchise Administration
Holly is responsible for coordinating the training programme for new franchisees. She ensures contracts are signed, orders the equipment you will require, arrange the theory training, arrange the day with the web designer to create your own CarpetKare web pages and set up of your Google Adwords campaign. The day you leave training, your lead generation programme will be up and running and generating business from day one.
Caroline Hargreaves - Franchise Coordination
Caroline is responsible for organizing the training programme. Any questions franchisees have prior to training are dealt with by Caroline. Caroline also guides franchisees on best practice for accounting procedures including VAT registration, invoicing, management account preparation etc.
Mike Skinsley - Franchise Trainer
Mike is responsible for organizing on site-carpet cleaning demonstrations. He also answers day to day question from franchisees on an ongoing support basis. He has been with the company for 12 years and is familiar with all types of carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Tracey Birtles - Franchise Operations Manager
Tracey Birtles - Franchise Operations Manager Tracey is responsible for the day to day running of the office. Any general administration questions raised by franchisees are dealt with by her. Tracey has been with the company for 4 years.
Online Marketing Division
CarpetKare realises that our franchise network must thrive. We realise that our target market researches products and services online, primarily on Google. Accordingly, we have invested in a five person, in-house, online marketing powerhouse that exists totally to generate business online for our franchisees. No other franchise of its kind puts this level of IT expertise behind their franchisees: we do because we know it works.
Eddie O’ Driscoll: Online Marketing Strategist UK
Eddie heads up our online marketing division in the UK. He is a Google Adwords Qualified and Google Analytics Qualified Professional. Eddie liaises closely with Peter and our team in India to ensure our online marketing division is generating high quality leads for our network of franchisees. Eddie oversees our Google Adwords and Search Engine Optimisation Campaigns.
Shahnil Sahir: Head of Online Marketing
Shahnil heads up our IT department in India. Shahnil holds a B.E. (Computers) from Rajasthan University. His focus is monitoring the link building team to ensure that our franchisee sites perform well in Google natural listings for the key-phrases that matter to their business. Shahnil reports directly to Peter.
Saurabh Marthur: Senior Programmer
Saurabh is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Allkare group of websites. Saurabh is a fourth level IT graduate from GNIIT, Jaipur and attained his primary degree in commerce from Rajasthan University. Saurabh ensures all websites are optimised from an on-page point of view and helps out with link building also.
Sunil Nat: SEO Executive
Sunil, B.E. (Computers) 1st Class Honours University Rajasthan, works in the link building team to constantly improve the rank of our franchisee websites in natural results of search engines. Sunil brings a wealth of experience to the CarpetKare team having worked in the SEO space for over four years now.
Nehal Masroor Khan:
Nehal, B.E. (Computers) 1st Class Honours University Rajasthan, works under the guidance of Shahnil in link building for all CarpetKare franchisee websites.
